We guarantee that the product will arrive in good condition, if not, a replacement will be arranged or we will refund the full purchase price of the product excluding shipping costs. Defective items will be replaced without charge.

You may return an item for refund or replacement within 10 days of the shipment date.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and a 10% restocking fee may apply depending on the supplier's policy unless exchanged for another item from the same supplier.
When you return an item, follow the instructions on the packing slip and most important, please state the reason for the return.
Your packing slip will indicate where to send your returning product.
Most important, returned items must be received by the supplier in perfect re-salable condition otherwise no credit can be issued.
All products must be returned in the original packaging, the packing slip, manuals, parts, accessories and all other applicable items must also be enclosed and intact with all returning items
You may want to insure your return package as we cannot be held responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
If you paid for your order by credit card, the credit will appear on your next billing statement and an e-mail will be mailed by PayPal to confirm the credit.
